Bohyen, market women cried out for
effective security
Market women
in the Bohyen electoral area Bantama constituency has express their grievance
about the state of their outrageous Market in the Community.
Today in an
interaction with the market women by Silver FM reporter, Nana Adu Katakyie, the
women revealed how they are suffering from the hands of thieves at the market.
They also
described the wrecked nature of the market walls. “Some market women have stopped
working here due to the bad roofing on top of the building and we are also
suffering when it rains”. One woman said.
They further
called for authorities to provide them security so they can be freed from
In relation
to this the Unity Committee Chairman, Mr. Charles also tells us how they are
being suffering from the thieves in the locality but Bohyen traditional council
together with the Assembly has decided create volunteers in the community.
He is
therefore assuring the residents especially the market women.
