Ghana's disciplinary action rate is on the'ticking time bomb' - Educationist

Mr Andrews Owusu, an Educationist has stated that, the level of Indiscipline in the various institutions of this country has become a normal phenomenon and gradually sinking the image and integrity of this Nation.

According to him, the abolishment of  corporal punishment in our schools has lead to vulnerability of teachers as there have been constant attacks from parents whose wards received punishment from teachers when they go against the orders of school authorities.

Again, bribery and corruption has become legitimate life style Police Officers and other government or private angencies being it
teachers, doctors, managers and some other authorities where bribery and corruption seems official before them.

Mr Andrews Owusu Speaking to Sirjakenews.com added that, there have been increasing rate of sexual harassment in the work places where managers,CEO's makes sexual advances towards their employees before they employe them, there is no law and order, politicians have taken the country for granted , most of our chieftaincy disputes on the part of our traditional leaders and many others.

He therefore calls on the legislation body of the government to set up proper regulations before the worst happened to the country.
